We monitor and control the entire process from production to delivery and customer feedback using advanced QC tools and equipment. Our inspectors rigorously verify each step to ensure products are exactly as ordered. With our ISO 9001 certified system, precise equipment, and strict processes, we deliver high-quality prototypes globally.

Pre-Production: Detailed review of materials and design drawings to ensure all preparations are complete before manufacturing begins.
In-Production: Continuous monitoring and multiple inspections during the production process to ensure quality requirements are met at every stage.
Post-Production: Comprehensive final inspections, including dimensional and functional tests, to ensure products fully comply with design specifications.

Inspection Equipment
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine): Hexagon Global Advantage, accuracy ±0.0025mm, used for first-article and batch sampling inspection
- Profilometer: Surface roughness measurement Ra 0.1-10μm range
- Height Gauge: Digital, ±0.001mm resolution for quick dimensional checks
- Hardness Tester: Rockwell and Brinell for material verification
- Thread Gauges: Metric and imperial, go/no-go verification on every threaded feature
- Calipers & Micrometers: Mitutoyo digital, calibrated quarterly
Every order over 50 units includes a CMM dimensional report on critical features at no extra charge. For smaller orders, CMM inspection is available on request. Material certifications (EN 10204 3.1) are included for aerospace and medical orders.
